We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order. Returns must be initiated within this 30-day period from the delivery date.

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Free from visible signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

We accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind (buyer's remorse)
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Opened sanitary goods
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Final sale / clearance items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us within the 30-day return window via email at service@qafino.com or by phone at (+1) 213-980-0145.
Step 2: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid return label we provide.
Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

We offer free returns on all eligible orders. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Change-of-mind (buyer's remorse) returns

You will not be charged any return shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 business day.

- Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee is charged (0%).

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

6. Partial Returns & Exchanges

- Partial returns: You may return individual items from a multi-item order.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
- Store credit: Available upon request as an alternative to a monetary refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Return Packages

If your return package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:
- Your RMA number and tracking information
- Photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
